Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 10 eggs, hard-boiled
- 2 tbsp mustard, hot
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the eggs and halve them lengthwise. Remove the yolks and puree them with mustard, sour cream, and salt, then strain through a sieve. Using a piping bag, fill the mixture back into the egg white halves.
