Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ liter of milk
- 50 g yeast
- 100 g butter, soft
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt, coarse
- 2 eggs
- 500 g flour
- 150 g butter
- 150 g brown sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brunsviger
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk. Add the remaining ingredients and knead thoroughly. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let rest for 20 minutes. Melt the butter for the filling and add the sugar, and bring to a boil briefly. Use a spoon to make indentations in the dough and spread the filling over the cake. Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes.
