Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 80 g cheese (Edam)
- 1 bunch of radishes
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch of mustard (grainy)
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 tsp pepper, cut into rings
- 2 tbsp basil, chopped
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the cheese, finely chop the radishes, and chop the onion. Mix everything together. Prepare a marinade from olive oil, vinegar, mustard, capers, chili peppers, basil, and a little salt and mix it with the salad ingredients. Let it marinate briefly.
