Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced beef
- 480 g tomatoes, from the can
- 400 g Chinese cabbage
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 125 ml broth (instant)
- Salt
- pepper
- Sugar
- Paprika powder, hot
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Brown the ground beef in hot oil until crumbly. Add the cabbage, chopped onions, tomatoes with their liquid, and the broth, and season. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes, then season to taste. Serve with white bread!
