Persimmon and banana dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 persimmons
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup sour cream (24%)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the sour cream into a bowl and mix with the sugar, lemon juice, and desiccated coconut until smooth. Peel the persimmons (a vegetable peeler works well), halve, quarter, and cut into small cubes. Peel the bananas, halve, quarter, and also cut into small cubes. Set aside a few pieces of fruit for garnish, if desired. Immediately stir the fruit into the sour cream and serve the dessert chilled.
