Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup tomato ketchup, mild
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • some brandy
  • Parsley
  • lemon juice
  • Salt

Instructions

A must at any barbecue!

Combine the sour cream, ketchup, mayonnaise, and a generous splash of brandy (to taste) in a food processor or with a whisk. Season to taste with parsley, salt, and a little lemon juice. This cocktail sauce is incredibly quick and easy to prepare and goes perfectly with grilled meat, fish, and vegetables. It can also be used as a salad dressing or dip. It really goes with everything.
