Leek casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 kg leek
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 ml Cremefine, for cooking
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • chili powder
  • Parsley
  • chives
  • 1 pack of cheese (Chester slices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Clean and slice the leeks, peel and slice the potatoes. Cook each separately. Season the minced meat to taste. Line a baking dish with the potato slices, place a dollop of minced meat on each slice, and scatter the leek over the minced meat. Place the remaining minced meat on top of the leeks and arrange the remaining potato slices on top. Beat the eggs with a mixer, add the Cremefine and season with pepper, salt, and chili powder. Finally, add the herbs. Pour the sauce into the baking dish and cover everything with cheese. Place in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is the desired color.
