Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 scallops
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard (tarragon mustard)
- 16 basil leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
as a starter
Place each scallop individually in a piece of aluminum foil with the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and let stand for about 20 minutes or more. Seal the aluminum foil as tightly as possible. Place the scallops in the foil on a hot grill and grill for about 6-10 minutes, depending on the heat. Serve with grilled vegetables, such as bell peppers, fresh baguette with salted butter, and, of course, white wine.
