Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 7 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 2 drops of lime juice
  • n. B. Caviar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise, removing the yolks. Then, mix the mayonnaise, egg yolk, mustard, and lime juice, and season with salt and pepper. Once you’ve done that, you can fill the paste into a piping bag (if you have one) and pipe it into the eggs. You can then decorate the eggs with caviar.
