Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 125 g yogurt (1.5%)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp mustard
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp herbal salt
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 small apples, sour
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 3 tbsp herbs (garden herbs)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
In a bowl, mix everything from low-fat quark to herb salt until smooth. Finely chop or slice the onion, apple, and cucumber and add. Chop the fresh herbs and stir in.
