Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 125 g yogurt (1.5%)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small apples, sour
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 3 tbsp herbs (garden herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

In a bowl, mix everything from low-fat quark to herb salt until smooth. Finely chop or slice the onion, apple, and cucumber and add. Chop the fresh herbs and stir in.
