Baked potatoes with sour cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 potatoes
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 bunches of chives
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, place each on a sheet of aluminum foil, and brush them all over with oil. Sprinkle a pinch of poppy seeds and a pinch of sesame seeds on each potato. Then wrap the potatoes in the foil. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven) and bake the parcels for 1.5-2 hours, depending on their size. In the meantime, combine the sour cream, sour cream, and chopped chives to make a sauce and season with salt. Serve the potatoes with the sauce. It goes perfectly with grilled food.
