Banana chocolate curd on lemon marinated pear

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 small pear(s)
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and roughly chop the banana. Blend the quark, cocoa powder, sugar, milk, lemon juice, and banana with a hand blender. Wash, quarter, core, and dice the pear, mix with the lemon juice, and pour into glasses. Then add the cream. Serve immediately.
