Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ bunch basil
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • ½ bunch lemon balm
  • ½ bunch parsley, flat
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

fantastic spread, easy to make

Finely chop the herbs (or process them in a food processor) and mix well with all the other ingredients. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
