Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g cheese (Roquefort)
- 2 small tomatoes
- 8 walnuts
- 1 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
- 100 g sour cream
- n. B. Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and chop them very finely. Remove the stems. Chop 6 walnuts, leaving the remaining ones whole for decoration. Dice the Roquefort and mix with the sour cream until smooth. Now stir in the tomatoes, walnuts, and walnut oil and season with a generous amount of freshly ground pepper.
