Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Combine egg yolks, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and mustard in a bowl and whisk or use a hand mixer until smooth. Slowly add the oil, a little at a time at first. Once all the oil is used up, whisk a little longer.
