Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 tbsp salt and black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • chervil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop the shallot and herbs. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. This goes perfectly with my “Zander Terrine” recipe!
