Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 ml rapeseed oil
- 20 ml olive oil, cold squeezed
- 100 ml spirit vinegar
- 20 ml balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 10 ml maple syrup
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp, leveled pepper
- 100 ml water
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp, heaped salad herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix. Let stand for a while.
