Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 ml rapeseed oil
  • 20 ml olive oil, cold squeezed
  • 100 ml spirit vinegar
  • 20 ml balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 10 ml maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled pepper
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp, heaped salad herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix. Let stand for a while.
