Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp stock powder, e.g. meat or vegetable stock
  • 50 ml olive oil for frying
  • 25 ml vinegar
  • 25 ml orange juice
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 onion(s), small to medium
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop or mince the onion and garlic. Heat a little olive oil in a small pan or saucepan and sauté the onion. When the onions are translucent, add the chopped garlic. Fry until golden brown, stirring regularly. In a shaker jug, mix the water with the stock powder and add it to the onions and garlic in the pan, then simmer until reduced. Then remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Place the remaining ingredients in a blender or container, add the cooled stock, and mix everything together. If bottled, the dressing will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
