Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 steak(s) (tuna steaks)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard, grainy
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Place the tuna steaks in a shallow dish. Combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar, and oil in a small bowl. Pour the marinade over the tuna. Carefully toss the steaks in the marinade. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 2 hours. Grill the marinated fish for 10-15 minutes, turning once, brushing regularly with the marinade. Arrange on plates, garnish with parsley and lemon, and serve with a green salad.
