Fruit-bottom yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), sliced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp juice (preferably banana juice)
  • 400 g natural yogurt, creamy, low-fat
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • some juice (banana juice), if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the banana, juice, and honey in a blender. Blend for 3-5 seconds. Blend the yogurt with the honey (and juice, if desired) until smooth. Divide the fruit mixture between two small glasses and top each with half of the yogurt mixture. This also tastes great with your favorite fruits; just give it a try. The juice should then complement the flavor of the fruit.
