Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large pork fillet(s)
- some salt and pepper from the mill
- some mustard
- some rosemary, dried
- some seasoning (Fondor or Aromat)
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 white bread stick(s)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the pork fillet into 1/2 cm thick slices. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and brush the fillet slices with the marinade. Cut the white bread into slices the same thickness as the fillet. Mix the salt and oil with the garlic and brush the bread slices with it. In the meantime, sear the fillet slices on both sides on a medium-hot grill. Place the fillet slices on the bread slices and serve. Serve with a green salad, if desired. I recommend French white wine for drinks.
