Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml orange juice
- 500 ml passion fruit juice
- 500 ml pineapple juice
- 4 cl whiskey
- 3 tbsp honey
- rosemary
- salt and pepper
- 1 ½ kg spare ribs (ribs)

Season the meat with salt and pepper. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and marinate the meat. The spare ribs must be completely covered with the marinade. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Then remove the meat and slowly pre-cook it in the oven at 150°C for about 50 minutes. Then grill it for a few minutes to finish. This marinade is also excellent for other types of meat—e.g., pork belly. The pre-cooking and the marinade make the meat incredibly tender and delicious!
