Balsamic mustard and honey dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 20 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey, liquid
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Chili powder from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

delicious with rocket, brown mushrooms, tomatoes and freshly grated Parmesan

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until creamy. Then, just before serving, pour over the salad of your choice. You can use more or less of each ingredient to suit your taste. It actually tastes best with arugula, tomatoes, brown mushrooms, and delicious freshly shaved Parmesan cheese. Serve with fresh baguette for a delicious summer meal.
