Orange Mojo – Orange-Garlic Sauce – Canarian Sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp caraway or cumin
  • 1 tsp pepper, green or black
  • 2 oranges or bitter oranges, the juice
  • 1 pinch(s) parsley, fresh, dried or frozen

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Orange mojo, healthy and delicious!

Peel the garlic bulb and roughly chop (you might want to start with 5-6 cloves). Finely dice the bell pepper. Roughly chop the parsley if it’s fresh; frozen or dried parsley will also work. Purée everything with a hand blender. Add the orange juice (including some of the pulp), stirring constantly.
