Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bulb(s) garlic
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp caraway or cumin
- 1 tsp pepper, green or black
- 2 oranges or bitter oranges, the juice
- 1 pinch(s) parsley, fresh, dried or frozen
Instructions

Orange mojo, healthy and delicious!
Peel the garlic bulb and roughly chop (you might want to start with 5-6 cloves). Finely dice the bell pepper. Roughly chop the parsley if it’s fresh; frozen or dried parsley will also work. Purée everything with a hand blender. Add the orange juice (including some of the pulp), stirring constantly.
