Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- some salt and pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the onion and sauté briefly in a pan until translucent. Add the finely chopped garlic and cook for a short time. Dice the tomatoes and mango, mix with the onion and garlic, and blend in short bursts. Season to taste with chili, salt, and pepper at the end.
