Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 banana(s)
- 3 tsp nut butter (peanut butter)
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Use the yogurt cup as a measure for the oatmeal. Puree the natural yogurt and banana. Then add the oatmeal, peanut butter, and sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
