Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 240 g turkey schnitzel
- 5 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 pack of mixed herbs (8 herbs, frozen)
- 1 slice(s) toast bread, finely crumbled
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper on both sides. Then place it in a greased baking dish. In a bowl, mix the mustard with the finely crumbled toast, herbs, and finely chopped onion. Spread the mixture about 1 cm thick on the schnitzel. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Each serving is worth 2.5 WW points.
