Avocado-orange tartar

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), diced
  • 1 orange(s) (preferably blood orange), filleted, diced
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp chili, very finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted without fat
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • n. B. Leaf salad for decoration
  • 4 slices raw ham, halved lengthwise

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple starter

Fry the raw ham without fat until crispy and drain on kitchen paper. Mix the avocado and orange with the orange juice (reserve the juice from filleting), chili, chives, and sesame seeds. Arrange the lettuce leaves on two plates and place the tartar on top, if possible with a ring. Garnish with the raw ham.
