Farfalle with ham and cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (farfalle)
  • 150 g sausage (ham sausage)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp parsley, dried
  • 2 tsp basil, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the farfalle. Finely dice the ham sausage and fry briefly in a little olive oil. Press the garlic cloves through a press and add them to the pan. Pour in the heavy cream. Add the parsley and basil and let it cook for a few minutes. Season to taste (salt and pepper). Finally, when the sauce has stopped boiling, stir in the sour cream. Add the drained farfalle to the pan and mix everything together. Let it stand briefly.
