Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 onions, diced
- 200 g sausage (hunting sausage, beer ham or beer sausage)
- 200 g processed cheese
- 250 g pasta
- salt and pepper
- some fat
- 200 ml water
- Herbs of your choice

very fast, very tasty
Render a little fat in a pan and fry the diced onions until crisp. Dice the sausage and add it. Brown everything thoroughly. Season with herbs and spices, then add 200 ml of water and the cream cheese. Simmer everything, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and add it to the pan. Stir everything thoroughly and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Arrange on plates and serve.
