Spaghetti with tomato, salami, onion, and sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 250g salami
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • Cheese (Gouda)
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spaghetti à la Katharina

Cook the spaghetti. Chop the salami into small pieces. Dice the onion. Sauté both until crispy. Then, dilute the tomato paste with water in a saucepan until the desired consistency is reached. Season with a pinch of pepper and salt and a little more sugar. Add the salami and onion. Serve with Gouda cheese.
