- 90 g almonds, blanched, grated
- 100 g erythritol (sugar substitute) or stevia or coconut blossom sugar
- 35 g baking cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 90 g cream cheese
- 60 g butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 80 g cocoa nibs
- 80 g walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 170°C (350°F). Combine all dry ingredients and the remaining ingredients. Grease a brownie or casserole dish and pour in the batter.
