Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll, wholemeal
  • 100 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 leaves of lettuce (head lettuce)
  • 20 g ketchup
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 50 g gherkins
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

the light version with only 2.5g fat

First, slice the vegetables (tomato, onion, and gherkin). Then, either cook the chicken breast in the oven or fry it in a nonstick pan with a teaspoon of olive oil for about 10 minutes on all sides (charge extra). Toast the bun on both sides and then cut it open. Spread both halves with ketchup. Topping order: ketchup, onions, meat, tomato, cucumber, lettuce.
