Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped as desired
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp mustard, mild
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 8 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 6 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • some salt and pepper
  • some Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the mustard and honey, then stir in the vinegar and oil, then add the onions, chives, and garlic, if desired. Season to taste with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and a little cayenne pepper. Mix the sauce well with the lettuce and serve.
