Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pear(s)
- 200 g whey
- 1 tbsp lime juice, fresh
- e.g. sugar or agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash, halve, core, and roughly chop the pears. Blend with the whey and lime juice. Season to taste with sugar or agave syrup and lime juice, and serve in glasses.
