Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g grapes, light, seedless
- 3 tbsp milk
- 150 g yogurt
- 30 ml milk, approx.
- some agave syrup or honey
- some vanilla extract
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
ideal for utilizing grapes that do not taste good on their own
Wash the grapes, remove the stems, and puree them with the milk in a blender. Mix with the yogurt and thin with milk if needed. Season to taste with agave syrup and vanilla extract.
