Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, leveled fleur de sel, alternatively coarse sea salt
  • 2 tbsp, ground Pul Biber (chilli flakes), ground
  • ½ tsp, leveled orange peel, dried, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for seasoning and also for giving as a gift

Using an appropriate measuring spoon, measure all ingredients and mix together. Pour into a sealable jar (screw-top jar, etc.). 1 level tablespoon = 15 ml; 1 level teaspoon = 5 ml
