Strawberry muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 large egg(s)
  • 80 ml oil (neutral cooking oil)
  • 250 g yogurt (strawberry)
  • 1 jar jam (strawberry)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients, stirring only until blended. Some lumps may remain in the batter. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and fill each cup with 1/3 of the required batter. Then add a teaspoon of strawberry jam and the remaining batter. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C fan/convection oven) for about 25 minutes.
