Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 300 g flour, approx.
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Knead all ingredients into a dough and shape into a log with your hands. Cut the dough into slices and form into rolls. Score the tops with a knife and brush with beaten egg yolk. Then bake for 15-20 minutes at 175°C (350°F) (do not overcook).
