Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp raisins
- 500 g flour
- 500 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Grease a baking pan (bundt cake, gugelhupf) with butter. Cream together the sugar, butter, and eggs until fluffy. Stir in the baking powder, 3 tablespoons of raisins, flour, and milk with the remaining ingredients. Pour into the pan and bake in the oven. Check frequently with a wooden skewer. Baking time: approx. 25-30 minutes. Once cooled, turn out onto a deep plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
