Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 plums or damsons
  • 1 banana(s), mini
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 160 ml spritzer (rhubarb spritzer)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Plum, banana, pear

Stone and finely chop the washed plums, and place them in a tall mixing bowl. Peel, core, and chop the washed pear. Peel and break the banana into pieces and add it as well. Pour in the rhubarb spritzer and blend everything to the desired consistency. Pour into a glass, garnish, and serve.
