Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g pistachio kernels, unsalted
- 250 g butter
- 4 tsp horseradish
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 small onions
- 6 tsp parsley, chopped
- 6 tsp chives
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Grate the pistachios and place them in a bowl. Then finely chop the washed herbs and onions. Cream the softened butter in a bowl until fluffy and add all the ingredients. Note: You can vary the pistachio butter by using pepperoni, turmeric powder, or other herbs or amounts. Experimentation is encouraged. Tastes great with baguette and grilled food.
