Turkey goulash with feta cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g diced turkey meat for goulash
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese
  • 250 g tomato sauce (pasta sauce), ready-made product
  • salt and pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). If necessary, cut the goulash into slightly smaller cubes and place them in a baking dish. Dice both bell peppers and sprinkle them over the goulash. Crumble the feta cheese and spread it over the bell pepper cubes. Note: The goulash doesn’t need any additional seasoning, as the feta cheese is flavorful enough! Season the pasta sauce with basil and a little salt and pepper, and pour it evenly over the ingredients. Bake the goulash on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice, pasta, fries, or even fresh baguette.
