Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 shallot(s)
- 125 ml vegetable stock
- 100 g cream
- 2 tbsp mustard (Dijon or medium hot)
- 1 tbsp sauce thickener
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Bring the finely diced shallot to a boil with the vegetable stock, stir in the cream. Thicken with a sauce thickener, simmer briefly, and season with mustard, salt, and pepper.
