Dwarf Smartie Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 30 ml water
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 140 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 80 ml sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 40 g chocolate chips (Smarties)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

for a small Bundt cake pan, simple and delicious

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven. Beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and water until frothy. Combine the flour, pudding powder, and baking powder and sift over the egg whites. Add the oil and mix everything together. Divide the batter in half and stir the cocoa and milk into one half. Pour the light and dark batter into a small bundt pan, alternating between the light and dark batters, scattering Smarties on top occasionally. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes.
