Strawberry cream bowl

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ liter cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 strawberries, for garnishing
  • ½ bar of chocolate (milk), grated
  • 20 g chopped pistachios

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly wash the strawberries in cold water, remove the stems, and drain. Thaw frozen strawberries. Puree in a blender or with a fork, then add sugar. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix the pureed strawberries with the whipped cream (reserve 2 tablespoons for garnish) and divide between 4 glass bowls. To garnish, wash the strawberries, remove the stems, pat dry, and halve them. Garnish each bowl with three strawberry halves, a dollop of cream, grated chocolate, and chopped pistachios.
