It’s quick, delicious and cheap!
Pour the yogurt into a blender, add the washed and picked herbs, turn it on, and blend everything for 1-2 minutes until the herbs are finely chopped and the resulting mixture has turned a beautiful green. Peel the eggs, add the hard-boiled egg yolks to the blender, and cut the egg whites into small pieces. Now blend the sauce again thoroughly with the egg yolks in the blender. Combine the sour cream, sour cream, and crème fraîche, add the green yogurt sauce, and mix well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, mustard, and vegetable broth (powder). Finally, fold in the egg white pieces. Serve with potatoes and boiled beef. Many people “forbid” blending the herbs in green sauce, but I think it’s the only way they really develop their full flavor. Like everything, it’s a matter of taste, but so far, this version of “green sauce” has always been a hit. A guest named it “Alien Style” because of its beautiful light green color. I wish you good luck and a good appetite
