Finely chop the spring onions, peel and mince the garlic. Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, and sour cream well, then add the spring onions and garlic to the dip. Season to taste. Serve with delicious crackers and vegetables such as cucumber, carrots, and kohlrabi.
