Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 110 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- n. B. Dill
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the mustard, water, honey, and lemon juice in a blender, gradually stirring in the oil. Season the finished sauce with dill, salt, and pepper. It tastes great as a dressing for salmon appetizers or as a fondue sauce.
